Article 1 (Information Collected and Method of Collection)

When a User installs and uses the App, the App acquires the following information through Shopify's API. The App does not independently collect or retain personal information of the User's customers (such as name, address, telephone number, email address, etc.).

Information Regarding the Store

Basic information about the store (store name, domain, contact email address, etc.).

Information Regarding Orders

To provide the analysis feature of the App, past order data is automatically analyzed. The analysis is limited to information on which products were purchased together. Canceled or returned orders are excluded from the analysis.

Information Regarding Products

Product information such as product names and images is acquired for the purpose of displaying analysis results and for the feature that allows the creation of bundled products.

Article 2 (Purpose of Use of Information)

The Company will use the acquired information for the following purposes:

• To provide the features of the App
• For the automatic analysis and visualization of "frequently purchased product pairs."
• To enable store owners to easily create "recommended bundled products" based on data.
• To display effective cross-sell recommendations on the cart page.
• To provide an email sending feature for upselling based on past purchase data.
• To provide support and respond to inquiries.
• To improve the App and develop new features.
• To respond to acts that violate the terms of use.

Article 3 (Provision of Information to Third Parties)

The Company will not provide personal information to a third party without the prior consent of the User, except in the following cases:

• When required by law.
• When it is necessary for the protection of a person's life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the person's consent.
• When it is particularly necessary for the improvement of public health or the sound upbringing of children, and it is difficult to obtain the person's consent.
• When it is necessary to cooperate with a national agency, a local government, or an individual or entity entrusted by either of the foregoing in executing affairs prescribed by law, and obtaining the person's consent is likely to impede the execution of such affairs.

Article 5 (Retention and Deletion of Information)

If a User uninstalls the App, the Company will appropriately delete the collected information in accordance with the procedures established by Shopify.

Article 6 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

The Company will change this Policy as necessary. However, if a change to this Policy requires the consent of the User under the law, the revised Policy will apply only to Users who have agreed to the change in the manner prescribed by the Company. When changing this Policy, the Company will announce the effective date and content of the revised Policy by posting it on the Company's website or by other appropriate means, or will notify the User.
